Enable application of ETBE and alkylate as a new full inlet to gasoline blender and to enable adding of alkylate to gasoline without any restrictions for blending of reformate.
For blending of ETBE, a new blending pump and a new blending line with a control loop were installed.
Existing pumps were used for blending of alkylate. In the scope of this project, a new suction line was constructed, and the discharge piping were modified by installation of new recirculating valves for minimal flow through the pump.
