The underground gas storage (UGS) Dolní Bojanovice is used for natural gas storage. UGS technology allows the tank running in the gas injection and extraction mode.
The main purpose of this project was installation of new technological equipment for the treatment of extracted gas. This equipment removes from the gas before its distribution the higher hydrocarbons and water to the required parameters. The new technological device works on the adsorption principle i.e. capture of water and higher hydrocarbons on the surface of the solid – adsorbent.
